WARRANTY

Kugoo is a brand that values transparency and building good relationships with our valued customers. If for any reason your Kugoo products are damaged, malfunctioning or have any issues, Kugoo will take full responsibility of your product for up to 6-12 months after the purchase date on most items.

 

LIMITED PRODUCT WARRANTY

If accessories happened with following problems under normal using and within the warranty period, please contact with us or our distributor, we shall provide warranty service for you.

OUR COMMITMENT TO YOU:

All Kugoo customers qualify for full access to our warranty after purchase. If you ever have any inquiry's regarding whether or not your product is still under warranty just email us at supports@kugoomobility.com and inquire about your warranty status. We will ask for for:

  1. Your Full name 
  2. Your Order Number
  3. Your Address

 

TO RECEIVE WARRANTY SERVICE, PLEASE:

  1. Contact our Customer Service department at supports@kugoomobility.com and advise them of the nature of the issue. Customer Service will provide you with information as to how to proceed.
  2. Please remember, product returned for warranty claims must be accompanied by the original order number as well as photos/videos details regarding the nature of the problem, the location of the product, etc.

 

EXCLUSIONS AND LIMITATIONS

This Limited Product Warranty does not apply to any damage caused in the following circumstances:

1. Damage caused by nature or acts of God, for example, lightning strikes, cyclones and the like.

2. Negligent or incorrect use of the product.

3. Commercial use of the product.

4. Unauthorised modifications to any part of the product.

5. Damage caused by negligence, accident, abuse, misuse, flood, fire, earthquake or other external causes.

6. Damage caused by operating the Product outside the permitted or intended uses described by the manufacturer’s instructions or with improper voltage or power supply.

7. Damage caused by servicing of the product (including upgrades and expansions) performed by anyone who is not authorised by Kugoo Mobility to perform such services.

8. Damage caused by natural wear and tear.
